- All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable. This Monthly Subscription Plan is a one-time payment, therefore we will not automatically deduct payments month after month. You may not cancel in the middle of the subscription service. We do not offer any refunds/ cancellations/ exchanges for this monthly subscription.
- Once your order is made, the subscription service will be active for the duration of time period you have chosen from 3 months up to 3 years time. We will notify you once your subscription has ended and then you will have the option to continue to renew or pause the subscription.
- If you have moved and wish to change your shipping address, you will be required to notify us at least 30 business days before the next order date or we will continue to send the item to your old address unless we are otherwise notified. No replacement products will be sent to you if your old shipping address as we weren't informed with 30 days notice.
